Zindbc is solely a technology platform that enables users to discover businesses, freelancers, professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, products, services, and other commercial information.
Zindbc merely provides an online platform where independent users may publish information and communicate with one another.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zindbc shall not be responsible for:

Every business listed on Zindbc operates independently. Listing a business on Zindbc does not mean:

Users must independently verify every seller before making any purchase or entering into any agreement.
By using Zindbc you confirm that:
If you are acting on behalf of a business, company, partnership, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Users may create accounts using the methods made available by Zindbc.
Zindbc may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes the account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Businesses are solely responsible for:

Zindbc makes no representation or warranty that use of the Platform will result in:

Payments made on Zindbc may be processed through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay or other providers.
By making any payment you agree that:
Zindbc does not store complete payment card information. Payment processing is subject to the terms and security practices of the payment gateway provider.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ZINDBC ARE FINAL.
Except where required under applicable law, all subscription fees, listing fees, promotional fees, featured listing charges, AI tool fees, advertising charges, franchise fees, and any other payments made to Zindbc are non-refundable once the purchased service has been activated or made available.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
If a payment fails because of a technical issue or is duplicated due to a payment gateway error, Zindbc may review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Users and sellers are solely responsible for:
Zindbc shall not be responsible for tax obligations arising from transactions between users and sellers.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, or other content (“User Content”) relating to businesses listed on Zindbc.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
Zindbc reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to edit, refuse, hide, or remove any User Content that it believes violates these Terms or applicable law.
Zindbc is not responsible for opinions, statements, or claims made by users in reviews or ratings.
Any information, photographs, videos, documents, logos, descriptions, business details, or other material uploaded by users or sellers remain the responsibility of the person who submitted them.
By uploading content to Zindbc, you grant Zindbc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Platform.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Zindbc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate any account or listing, without prior notice, if it believes that the user or seller has:
Termination of an account does not entitle the user to any refund, except where required by applicable law.
Zindbc reserves the right to modify, amend, update, replace, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
